“Singasani” is a village which is approx 3-4 km from Ramgarhwa in south-west direction. Ramgarhwa is a block town situated on NH-28A which connects Motihari to Raxaul. This village have population mix from all castes of Hindu & Muslims. It has one big temple in village and also diety- “Baraham Baba and Singhasani Mai”. In this village there are two Masjids also. Most of the people are engaged in agriculture and allied activities; however many of village youths are in Army and other defense services.
Among people who are in civil jobs, elders are mostly in teaching line whereas younger generation has preferred private jobs. We also have significant number of youths who are migrated to other states for their livelihood. Singasani village has one secondary school, one Kaasturba vidyalaya, and two primary school one each for boys and girls. This Village is connected to NH 28A by pakka road.
