Welcome to Mehsi

Mehsi is one of the 27 blocks in Purbi Champaran (East Champaran) district. Mehsi is a small town in East Champaran district of Bihar state, India. There are around 100 villages in this block. While travelling from Patna, Muzaffarpur to Raxaul , Mehsi is an entry point of East Champaran. Mehsi is connected both by railways and roadways.

There are button factories, a small scale industry, although agriculture is the main income source for the people of Mehsi. Mehsi is famous for zip buttons. Mehsi produces Litchi in huge amount. Mehsi is located 41 KM from Muzaffarpur and approx. 40 KM from Motihari.
